ET Australia can offer a 'try before you buy' service when you recruit students directly from our Training College.
What this means for the employer?
Enthusiastic, motivated staff who are actively seeking work
ET Australia preselects students for our Training College Programs based on presentation, aptitude and their desire to work. All students in our Australian Apprenticeship Access Programs have also been selected based on their eligibility for a traineeship which in turn attracts employer incentives of up to $4000.
No Recruitment Costs
'Try before you buy' - you can invite one of our course participants to complete an unpaid training work placement at your facility. This will allow you to ascertain their suitability to your business. All participants are covered under ET Australia's insurance policy.
Motivated, knowlegable new staff
ET Australia delivers both full and part qualification programs. Students in our training programs are provided with the essential skills and knowledge for entry into a specific industry area.
