July 2011 – Sue, Store Manager - Certificate II in Retail - I would like to take this opportunity to thank ET Australia and Salvation Army Plus for working together to give me the opportunity to work with these bright young adults. I think this programme gave these young people a working experience they may not have access to in the normal run of being unemployed. Giving them a voice in what they are doing, I saw a new intuitive side of them and watched them develop confidence in what they were doing, often showing the humour that they held within. Their potential is unlimited.

21/02/11 Cert.IV in Aged Care students Patrina Gable, she has recently had an appointment with her JSA at Jobfind Centre Ettalong. They discussed Patrina’s participation in the program, which Patrina is very happy and positive about, her JSA proceeded to comment that he has been working in this industry for many years and his personal experience is that ET Australia is definitely the most efficient , professional and friendly RTO on the Central Coast.

21/10/10 - Henny - Certificate III in Aged Care - Marion is extremely patient and treats us all as individuals, at the same time maintains a professional learning environment. Marion is consistently providing a wide range of learning tools. We really appreciate Marion's practical and professional teaching skills. DVDs, guest speakers, internet & computer room use has been fantastic.

21/10/10 - Elizabeth - Certificate III in Aged Care - I will be leaving with a huge amount of resources and knowledge to draw from in the future. Et Australia is providing a high standard of training and the First Aid course (Trainer - John) was great. Marion leads the class in a professional, conversational & friendly manner. Her experience is a bonus to the course material.

22/06/10 - Denise - Cert III Aged Care - I have found the course very informative and well explained. Marion is very experienced and has used some of her personal experiences to explain a lot if situations that we as carers might find ourselves in.

06/05/10 – Deborah – Computer Basics – Mark was very , very good at teaching us all. He made it all interesting. He was very patient and helped everyone and kept us all at the same level. .... I learnt a lot and am interested to do more courses, he made it easy to learn, and the time went quick. Very enjoyable. I've gained more confidence.

March 10 - Michelle - Business Access Program - - 'Clair Bland is a very inspiration woman and an amazing trainer. I began the Certificate III in Business Administration three weeks ago, I came to the course lacking confidence and doubting my ability to find a job. In this time I feel Clair has turned my life around. She has given me not only the skills in Microsoft Word and Excel but the confidence to job search, go for interviews and even secure a work trial with an employer that I would love to work with. I can't express what this opportunity means to me and my family. Thank you so much Clair.'

01/11/09 – Melinda – Certificate III in Children’s Services - I have to say (just one more time) that you were such a great Teacher (Maureen). In the interview they asked so many things relating back to the course and I just kept hearing your voice and the things you taught us. It was my first official interview in 24 years and although I am proud of myself for doing so well, I think it happened because you showed us all that you cared and that you believed in us.  Thank you again for all that you did , most of which you may not even realise....

29/10/09 – Pauline –I have enjoyed this course, and hopefully it will help me get the skills towards getting my goal of part time work.  All the work I have done with this computer course has been very helpful as I am a mature age student (55 years old).  Mark put everything across so beautifully and I was able to follow it, he ‘made it easy’.

21/1/09 - Sandy - Certificate III in Aged Care - I just want to tell you how grateful I am  for all you have  done. I cant believe were I am now to where I was in October. I have not only made it through the course thanks to you but I also have a casual job that I love (also thanks to you), and even if it doesn't lead to more work with Mackillop, its given me industry experience that can factor into me getting a job with another company. I know I can speak for Jen as well when I tell you we think your FABULOUS, a great teacher and a really good person.
